Director, Human Resource

Alan started his career with Aviva as HR Change Manager at Norwich Union in the UK. In his tenure, Alan was instrumental in leading several successful key projects including the creation of Senior Management Recruitment, Value Innovation and Diversity projects.

Alan was seconded to the Middle East in 2008 to launch the HR function of Aviva’s business in the UAE. In May this year, Alan moved to Singapore to assume the role of HR Director with a focus to partner the business, particularly in the areas of Leadership/Talent Capability, Employee Engagement and Performance Management.

Alan has been with Aviva for over 5 years. He is CIPD qualified and holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management.
