Director, Human Resource

Tony was appointed Human Resource Director in July 2010 with full accountability for all People-related aspects of the business.

Some of his previous appointments included Head of HR, Regional Office and HR Operations, Asia of Prudential Corporation Asia; Executive Vice President of Earth Essence Holdings Ltd, an Australian Public Listed MNC that owns and operates businesses in retail, hospitality, farming, manufacturing and distribution and Regional Vice President of Improved Management Profitability and Control, a leading Profitability Management Engineering firm in the United States.

Tony was also on the Executive Committee of the Catholic Business Network; Co-founder of Save A Life, a non-profit organisation dedicated to helping pregnant teenagers; Founder of BAMN!, a social enterprise designed to create career opportunities in the food and beverage industry for people with disabilities and Founder of Logistics Aid for Famine Society, a non-profit organisation committed to developing a logistics distribution network for the supply of surplus food and medicine to the underprivileged.
