b. Personal Accident Coverage

Both you and your spouse can continue to enjoy this comprehensive 24-hour worldwide term life insurance up to age 70 even after you leave the SAF or retire or have no reserve liability.

Another important aspect of Aviva's SAF Group Term Life Insurance policy is the eligibility for the SAF / MINDEF rebate in good years. This rebate, paid at the discretion of SAF / MINDEF, offers a partial rebate or refund of premium for this policy based on the premium paid for all or a portion of the preceding policy year.

Group Personal Accident Insurance

This insurance covers you 24-hour worldwide for accidents arising from personal/social activities including peacetime SAF training locally and overseas. With a maximum coverage of $300,000 for a daily premium of $0.44 (inclusive of prevailing GST), you need not worry anymore about accidents that may cause you death, total and permanent disablement or accidental permanent dismemberment.
