Direct Insurance featured in The Business Times

Aviva's online motor insurance was featured in a recent article in The Business Times. "Aviva's underwriting strategy gave us the upper hand in terms of the premium we quoted in the piece" said Paul Jackson, Head of General Insurance. "However, what's most important is that the article underlined the great prices and comprehensive products available to customers from direct insurers." Aviva was quoted as offering further flexibility through customization including an additional savings of up to 25% available online. Regarding the future of the motor insurance industry, Paul stated that it is "consumers who choose to buy direct, who will benefit from the most competitive renewal quotes".
