Aviva Singapore achieves 24% growth in the first half of 2019
- Annual Premium Equivalent (APE) for the six months ended 30 June 2019 achieved a 24% increase to S$136 million from S$110 million in HY2018.
- Sales through the financial advisory (FA) channel grew 14%, and the FA channel remains the biggest contributor to Aviva Singapore's growth.
- The upward demand for protection products continues, with a 14% increase in year-on-year APE.
- Operating profit registered 15% year-on-year growth, from S$83 million in HY2018 to S$95 million in HY2019.
