Follow the steps below to make claims for your corporate plans
Submit your claim online
Click on Claims / Make a claim to begin your claim submission.
When submitting, there are certain documents (medical bills, reports, or referral letters, etc.) that will be required. Always keep your original documents in order for your claim to be dealt with quickly.

Visit the form library below and complete the relevant documents. You may submit the form via app or portal.
We'll review your claim
We will process your claims within 10 to 14 working days after receiving all the required documents. For further clarification, we will get in touch.
