With all the unexpected deaths, blindness, loss of limbs, and general misfortune that seem to befall Game of Thrones (GoT) characters, we can't help but think this is one lot that could benefit from having a little insurance.
We came up with a list of our favourite characters from GoT to establish what kind of insurance products they might need!
Daenerys Targaryen

In our view, Daenerys Stormborn of the House Targaryen, First of Her Name, the Unburnt, Queen of the Andals and the First Men, Queen of Meereen, Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, Breaker of Chains, and Mother of Dragons (can all of that fit into her policy document??) has the most risk and definitely needs to look into shoring up her insurance portfolio.
For a start, a good, customisable employee insurance plan should be at the top of her list. From the Unsullied, her army expanded to the Dothrakis , Grejoys, Second Sons and many more so it’s important that Daenerys provides attractive employee benefits to her talents before they get headhunted by another house.
The Mother of Dragons should also be looking at getting a term plan soon, to ensure she leaves something behind for Drogon, Rhaegal and Viserion, in case her iron throne plan goes awry. Luckily for her, Aviva's MyProtector-Term Plan could provide her with a million dollar coverage (an amount she'll most definitely need given how much the upkeep of those huge dragons must cost!) for just less than S$1* per day!
P.S. If Daenerys wants to cut off support for Viserion, we suggest that she updates her insurance beneficiaries!

Jon Snow
We'd recommend Jon to get a hospitalisation plan because he's always in battles and constantly needs medical care (remember how he was trampled on in Season 6?! * face palm *). Large hospital bills should be the last thing on his mind while fighting the White Walkers to save mankind…

Tyrion Lannister
It's unlikely that Tyrion will be getting any of his family's estate. Yet it's important that he's financially secured because a Lannister always pays his debts. Given that Tyrion is wise (he drinks and he knows things – what a talent!), resourceful, and can spot a good deal – we think he should totally try his hand at investments.
Perhaps invest in some wine-related funds where his expertise lies? We bet that he'll earn his first pot of gold in no time! We'd recommend he try his hand at Aviva's unit trust investment platform, dollarDEX which offers more than 700 funds for him to choose from.

Cersei Lannister
Since Cersei is around 40 years old, she should start looking into ElderShield Supplements – such as Aviva’s MyCare/MyCare Plus – before she joins the Great War… And it’s best to do so before health conditions arise! With no dependants to rely on, it’s important that if she’s no longer able to care for herself, she has a monthly payout to hire help and maintain her lifestyle....

Night's King
Needless to say, Night's King should be looking into some travel insurance since he’s traveling quite a bit for his battle.
Lucky for him, Aviva's Travel Prestige plan allows cancellation or change of travel plans for any reason so if he changes his mind about invading Westeros, no problem!
He can also level up his coverage with a winter sports add-on from Aviva for full coverage should the White Walkers feel up to some recreational winter activity.

Sansa Stark
To ensure that she can be financially independent and does not have to rely on whoever she marries, a regular savings plan will pave the way for her. She just needs to make sure that her next partner doesn’t have a track record of mysteriously-dead lovers!
Two other important points we've learnt from the Game of Thrones series so far…
1. Death and misfortune can happen anytime, unexpectedly. It's better to be well prepared and always have a plan (like, having wildfire underground maybe?)
2. Having a trusted adviser as the Hand of the Queen/King is important to help with sound strategic moves – likewise when it comes to financial planning, a good financial adviser representative is of utmost importance to provide expertise and guidance!
