Terms and Conditions for Aviva Ltd’s “Welcome To Your New Home” Giveaway Promotion (the “Promotion”)
1. This Promotion is only eligible for participants from JadeScape Condominium who have signed up for the Promotion:

(i) been contacted by Aviva’s representative to deliver the Goodie Bag
(ii) been contacted by Aviva’s representative to conduct a Financial Review (Financial Needs Analysis) and who have completed the Financial Review

(the “Participant”).

2. All Participants who have signed up for the Promotion are eligible to receive a Goodie Bag.

3. The Participants will be contacted by Aviva’s representative for the delivery of the Goodie Bag.

4. For Participants who choose to complete a Financial review, completed a Financial Review and who are from different households shall be entitled to an additional gift of a one-time redemption of the OTO Neck Hug (“Gift”).

5. A redemption letter for the Gift will be mailed to the Participant after completing the Financial Review. The Participant is required to redeem the Gift at the designated store within the validity stated in the redemption letter. Only original redemption letters will be accepted.

6. The Promotion is subject to availability of the Goodie Bag and Gift, and Aviva Ltd (“Aviva”) may vary these terms and conditions (including the value of the Goodie Bag and Gift) or withdraw or discontinue the Promotion at any time without notice or liability.

7. Aviva’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be final and binding on you.

8. The Goodie Bag and Gift are not transferable and are not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item and are not replaceable, if expired, lost or stolen. Aviva reserves the right to replace the Goodie Bag and Gift with items of similar or other value, at any time without prior notice.

9. Aviva makes no representation or warranty as to the quality or fitness for purpose or any other implied terms or conditions with respect to the Goodie Bag and Gift. Any dispute about the Goodie Bag and Gift must be resolved directly with the supplier of the Goodie Bag and Gift. Aviva is not liable for any injury, claim, loss or damage arising in connection with the Goodie Bag and Gift.

10. Aviva will not be liable for undelivered Goodie Bag and Gift resulting from inaccurate email addresses, residential address or phone numbers provided by the Participant.

11. By participating in this Promotion, you consent under the Personal Data Protection Act (Cap 26 of 2012) (“Act”) to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by/to Aviva and such other third party for the purpose of the Promotion, including the third parties administering the redemption, or any third parties that Aviva may consider appropriate or necessary in connection with the Promotion. You agree to be bound by the terms of the Aviva Ltd Data Protection Policy, as may be amended, supplemented and/or substituted by Aviva from time to time, a copy of which can be found on www.aviva.com.sg/pdpa.html.

12. By participating in this Promotion, you accept that Aviva’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final and binding on you. If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.

13. A person who does not participate in the Promotion shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap.53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.

14. The terms of the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Singapore.
